Hotel and room were very nice. Great price for the location. Only problem was they gave us a ticket to validate parking but still got charged $15 for parking

Needed better parking instructions.
Would have started out way better if we had been given more information about parking. The garage is shared with a hospital. We weren't given any guidance on what level to park or where the hotel access was. I will say though that when we had a plumbing issue in the room, someone came up quickly and took care of it.

Never ever stay here
It was awful. Parking area and 3rd floor sky walk was nasty and smelly, linens had strong fruity fabric softener smell. Front desk called and woke me up at 11:30 pm with another guest check in issue, then called back 20 minutes later to tell me they resolved it. Bizarre. Worst hotel experience ever.
