I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! The rooms were beautiful. Well designed and top quality bathrooms. Cleaning staff were sweet boys, that left towel animal sculptures behind at turndown. Also, important to note, one night I needed tea for my throat, and room service staff prepared a lovely tea with fresh ginger and lemon. No charge… Unexpected, but most appreciated. The surrounding neighborhood isn’t very inspiring, but the hotel interior is impeccable and you won’t spend time outside.

It was our Anniversary staycation and unfortunately the stay was not pleasing at all. We had guests over one day and we kept calling front desk and housekeeping and they never responded back. The next day I had to checkout, requested the trolley from front desk, they agreed to bring and then never got. we kept waiting for 20 mins in the corridor. Lastly, the twin beds are too small. If you expect to sleep with a kid in twin bed, you wont be able to. and front desk guy was least helpful to ensure i can get extra bedding for the kid.
