Property has large rooms and good views, and a nice location. Beds and sofas and armchairs were comfortable and washer/dryer in the unit is a real convenience if you need it. Office hours are very limited, communication with staff is poor and adversarial. Clerk told us we owed $180.00 in additional fees. When we asked to see the specific charges, we were told we were paid in full. Our front door was difficult to open due to deadbolt damage, so we left sliding glass door open for our 4 day stay to avoid being locked out. Customer service or support is not something they do well at this facility. If you can be sure you will not need to interact with the office staff for any reason, the physical premises are fine.

Overall the staff was pleasant and the unit we stayed in was nice, clean, and accommodating for a beach property. The location is perfect for getting around Wells if you’re not staying near the beach: close enough for a short drive while avoiding much of the downtown traffic. The biggest issue was many of the guests and their lack of respect for the property and other guests. I saw several large groups of people continually bringing food and drink to areas (such as pizza in the hot tub) and letting pieces fall and leaving in there. They would take over common areas such as the pools, let their kids run amok, leave no room for other guests and their belongings, generally trash the area leaving their scraps all around the area, be rude and try and push others out of areas and be so loud and obnoxious either by themselves or their kids (with kids literally climbing up walls in the indoor pool). It wasn’t just us as it seemed other guests felt pushed out of these areas as well; but the staff never did anything about it (the outdoor pool is literally right behind the front desk and all they did was watch). The trash was left overflowing and, and there is so much chlorine in the indoor pool you can barely see a few feet in the water. I wouldn’t recommend staying here which is too bad because overall the staff are very pleasant, professional, and pleasant. The unit we stayed in was great. But other guests and the lack of rule enforcement detract from all this.

Indoor pool was a positive. As stated, no A/C in master bedroom. Quality was o.k. Location was great, close to everything. Noise was not an issue. House keeping and main desk were friendly. Room was a bit shabby. BBall court was a joke, pavement was wavy to the point it should either be repaired or gotten rid of. Without any fencing the ball would roll for yards after every shot.
