Marriott...move over...I have a new favorite hotel
First time staying at a Citizen M hotel and I was impressed. Very modern, beautifully decorated. Rooms are definitely cozy but for just myself traveling, more than enough space. Absolutely loved how digital everything is. You use an ipad for everything, even all lighting and it was really great. I used their alarm and it was the most peaceful way i woke up. Will definitely stay here again! Oh! And location for a business travel was PERFECT!!!!!!

Unique little hotel
The hotel is a very unique experience. It is a beautiful, very quaint, comfortable room. I stayed in several hotels that carry the same approach as a small hotel/micro hotel. The only thing I was very disappointed in about the room was that my refrigerator never worked. As for service, the pool is beautiful and the bartender upstairs at the rooftop bar was wonderful. The views are spectacular. My only other disappointment at this hotel was with the bartender on the first floor at the main bar. Apparently, they rotate the front staff to bartend. He had very little knowledge of anything beverage related. I found that a bit frustrating when looking for a particular craft cocktail.

Great location. Compact room size.
Great location in Brickell, Miami, close to bars and restaurants, etc. and it felt safe to walk around and explore at night. However, it was also quite noisy late into Saturday night for rooms on the lower floors (even 6/F). Hotel staff were courteous and helpful with the (almost) self check-in process. Room sizes are compact - okay for youngsters, but maybe a little tight for older folks with luggage! Whilst the area around Brickell feels safe, there’s a strong smell of weed everywhere…
