Great location near many popular sites/convention centers. Very friendly and helpful staff. Smooth check in/check out process. Mattress was a little firm but still very comfortable. Rooms were small, but space was used well. Iron/ironing board in designated common areas on 6th and 12th floors rather than in each room. Would stay again.

Couple Getaway
My boyfriend and I went for a 49ers game and ice skating in union square. The hotel had a quick check in/out. The ambassadors were helpful with any questions we had. The only issue I would have is the parking situation. You may not be lucky and have to walk a bit for parking. The rooms were small but still comfortable. The tech is what made the room as well as the blinds/curtains.

The hotel was great but it was hard to get coffee and the door people were strange. The people checking in and out were incredible and the evening service was fantastic. I was up at 6 am and had to walk to Starbucks to get a simple cup of drip coffee. Not a great time to be out alone on Market St as a woman..,
