Not a standard Marriott location
Was a bit upset considering this is a Marriott hotel. I always is Marriott for business and I’m generally very pleased. This hotel room had several issues (1) beds are very uncomfortable, (2) pillows are horribly flat, (3) the shower water leaked all over the bathroom causing a possibility to fall and (4) there was mold in the shower. I expected more from a Marriott location. The best part of the experience was the front desk staff. Very quick and friendly.

Beautiful place
Everything was great with the hotel. Our neighbor thought was a jerk. He would blare if TV in the middle of the night and then woke us up at 6:15 am. The front desk took care of it for us. Came for our 20 yr anniversary.

We liked the breakfast option. It would have been better if we had known that only the first $30 of the breakfast came with the room breakfast option. I may have missed that fact when booking, but I did now see it. I asked the people at the restaurant and they said the cost of breakfast would be taken of my bill at check out, which was true just not the whole bill. Food was great by the way. Also at check in we were given several coupons for alcohol at the hotel bar. We thought these coupons were complimentary. We don't drink due to a medical condition, no problem if they are free. I asked at check out what the $30 dest fee was and I was told part of it was for the coupons I received at check in.

Room was not ready for and hour and a half past check in time. Service was subpar. Busy convention in town. Guessing it is the byproduct of not having enough staffing to support the needs to of the business. Thanks Biden.
