Disappointed

This hotel is not for families/groups of 5. Be prepared to pay for a second room. I have never been required to split my family between two rooms. We will not be returning. Otherwise the service at the hotel was average. Breakfast was a standard breakfast, it had good options and was tasty.

Shuttle service only during certain hours

My flight landed after midnight the shuttle does not run after midnight and thus we had to take a taxi to drive the 5 minutes for $30. I was not happy as I booked this location due complementary to shuttle service.

Close to Airport

An overnight stay due to connecting flights, hotel shuttle was quick and in good condition and driver was friendly and helpful. Checkin was fast even though two people ahead of me at close to midnight. The room was quiet, spacious and comfortable with everything I needed. Breakfast was good but basic which was fine. I would recommend this place and I would stay again.

Needs improvement no value for money

dirty clothes and dirty water used to clean the room we get the bad smell as soon as we enter. Breakfast is very disappointing it should be called basic breakfast instead of free breakfast, also coffee station has no cream it was hidden which is so cheap behaviour. All employees looks sad and we get a feeling that they don't want to be at work.
