Avoid if you value your PRIVACY and SAFETY
If you value your PRIVACY and SAFETY, which all hotels should ensure regardless of price, then AVOID staying at this hotel. I'm just going to share a part of the email I wrote to Heather, the general manager, with my concerns after our stay. I have not received a reply after 1.5 weeks. First off, my husband and I appreciated the location of the hotel. The short distance from the rental car facilities and airport made the commute very easy. Our check-in process was also quick and smooth. However, there were two glaring concerns about our hotel room (room 110) and stay. -Both my and my husband's key cards no longer worked every night we returned and tried to get into our room. I would have to go to the front office to get the key card activated again just to get into our room every night. I do not know the cause of this but I do not believe the cards were demagnetized. -There was no chain lock in our hotel room for extra security. This is a huge safety and security concern. In fact, as a result of the lack of this security feature, a stranger used a key card to enter our room in the middle of the night (around 2am) while we were sleeping, waking us up when they turned on the light. While it might have been a sort of misunderstanding, this would not have happened if additional securities were in place. I can only say I am glad my husband was there because I do not think I would have felt safe for the rest of the night after the unauthorized and illegal entry occurred.

Front desk unhappy employee
. I had to park in a non-parking area. Front desk graveyard female employee should not be working with human beings. The bathroom door had a big hole with tape to cover it. The noise from the airplanes and the road in front of the hotel is really loud. If you can afford to pay a little more … just walk away from this place…

We weren’t sure what to expect at this property since we aren’t from around here and wanted to save some money but be close to the airport. The front desk staff were both sweet and pleasant. The motel itself is pretty cute. But, we started off by being greeted by another person staying there who offered to help us carry our things up to our room, which would have been nice, except he was covered in dirt and didn’t work there. We appreciated his kind gesture but weren’t super comfortable having him help us. The room itself was very average but didn’t feel super clean. The toilet had trouble flushing and one of the sinks had a drip that we had to remedy by placing a cup with a washcloth in it so it wouldn’t be loud all night. Around 11pm we heard some very disturbing noises (honestly sounded like 3 quick gunshots, but I’m not sure what exactly happened). We stayed in our room out of fear. I would definitely spend more money for a safer feeling spot next time, as I had my two kids with me and we didn’t feel super comfortable here.

Very poor experience, rude receptionist
Very bad experience here for many reasons. The worst of which was the incredibly rude receptionist when we were trying to register our car for the parking lot. We were shocked at the way she spoke to us. Other issues included cobwebs in the bathroom, the bathroom having a big hole in the door covered by tape, and the noise. The hotel is right beside a highway making it very loud. On top of this the walls are very thin so you can hear people simply moving around in the other rooms. It is also incredibly expensive for what it is and is in no way a "value" inn.

Decent property for the price. Shar was good room which decent bed was comfortable. Grab and go breakfast was decent. TV worked fine. The bad points. Had to go to the front desk twice to get a working key. Bathroom stink smelled like the worst sewer I have ever smelled shows lack of deep cleaning. Parking with limited. I was lucky to find the last space I can only assume it gets full time to time lost and found as a joke. I left $100 running shoes and brand new sandals in the room called once and visited once they would not let me go through the lost and found and look for what I was missing, as if I am looking to get some freebies. You would think they would take inventory of the room and mark the room number and the date so when you come back you can say give me the items from room XX I left on this date? no, too much trouble , let’s just grab and go from the lost and found and have our employees Try to figure out what you lost. What a joke. So in summary hotel was OK, but management And Operations needs a reset.
