Toilet issue...
Staff were very polite, friendly and professinal. However, our stay was scarred by 1 issue - toilets. Their toilets don't seem to work well. Our toilet water tank, in particular, would not fill on its own, it had to be played around with each time, and it was not flushing well either. We didn't care on day 1 as we were out most of the day anyway. Our 3rd and final night there the toilet would not flush, so I had to call the front desk, who said he'd send someone in the morning (morning of our departure). The plumber came and left to get parts to fix it, however, because it was taking long and we had to use the toilet and needed to get ready to check-out we asked for another room/bathroom.
I do have to say the staff were very accommadating and got us another room immediately. However, sad to say when we came to use the new bathroom we discovered someone else's stool in the toilet, which i tried to flush multiple times but it would not flush away (again, weak flush). The staff came and apologized for it though and got it cleaned. We finally used the bathroom, got ready and checked out.
Overall, pleasant and accomadating staff and good location, but ALL the toilets need to be changed and they need to double check on their cleaning staff to ensure toilets are cleaned well.
