A classic Hollywood Hills home gated and secured within a lush multi-level garden, ringed by tall hedges, San Marco Drive feels like a private and peaceful sanctuary. Inside, three bedrooms and three bathrooms are set over two storeys. On the entrance level is a cosy sitting room, a kitchen with marble countertops, a dining room and a lovely light-filled bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms upstairs - which share a bathroom - continue with the home's elevated and welcoming design featuring a mix of furnishings and characterful artwork and accessories. In the garden, multiple seating areas can be found amongst the greenery, or under big shady trees, while the highlight is the Hollywood and Downtown Los Angeles views from the patio and the south-facing window upstairs.
