Overall nice place, clean and comfortable. Great staff and location. The cable for TV didn’t work and (minor point) there was only decaf coffee available for the coffee maker.

Close to Conference Centre
I attended a conference at the conference center. It was a five minute walk away so the location worked very well for me.

Not great
Overpriced for room. Towel rack hanging by 1 rack bracket, hairs in bathtub, carpet very dirty. AC was not working fully. Hotel was attached to an emergency medical center which was not in the hotel description. Parking was close but in an open very small lot. Best part of Hotel was location to Pike Market.

Was clean and a neat place to stay as it's a heritage building. Quiet, good wifi even downstairs in the restaurant. Bed was comfy. HUGE hill to walk up to get there. Wish I hadn't tried to walk up it with my suitcase but for next time I will Uber it

Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The hotel was a bit far from Safeco Field but still walkable. There is no AC but the room stayed relatively cool with windows open. At busy times the elevator is extremely slow.

A very nice hotel at the top of a steep hill- take a taxi! Accommodations were great, staff was terrific. One of the two elevators was not working so we had to use the service elevator. Later that morning, the working elevator was always full, so we chose to carry our huge suitcases down four flights of stairs. We had a delicious snack in the restaurant, which had a pretty courtyard. Despite the elevator issue, I would recommend this hotel.

The basics of the room were fine. But I miss a comfortable chair and lamp where one can sit and read. The bathroom was OK but a bit small, and there were no grab bars by the shower-tub which would have made it more secure for a senior. Furnishings were a bit out-dated. But I would not have wanted to stay anywhere else.

Clean, friendly, comfortable. Good choice and price
The staff were friendly and welcoming! Centrally located. Good for walking. Community bycicles near hotel to riding. Good restaurant with a ‘Happy Hour’.

Great temp stay, bad Wi-Fi (Depending on floor).
Everything was solid except for the Wi-Fi connection. Our hotel room was on the 5th floor, and even though we connected to the closet connection, all of our devices Wi-Fi connections always had one bar and kept constantly cutting out. If you get the 5th floor, have fun living there on your data. If that doesn't bother you, I recommend booking your stay here.

Grande old place
It's an historical building, therefore consider the weather, i.e. if it's hot outside it is hot inside as there is no air conditioning. Being an old building it is showing quirks. Staff is friendly, helpful and the in-house restaurant serves a great breakfast. Many of the people staying at the Inn are doing so as they have family or appointments in the directly connected Virginia Mason Hospital (hence the name of the hotel). There is only one elevator so it can be a little crowded/slow. Beds were very comfortable but had to sleep with a window open and fan (provided) on to stay cool, leaving us with a bit of noise from the hospital. The Inn is several blocks from downtown and uphill at that so it can be really hard on back/knees making the trek.
