Nestled right next to Tower Bridge, the views from our room were nothing short of spectacular, waking up to the sight of the Thames and one of London’s most iconic landmarks was an experience in itself. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, always ready with a smile and eager to help with anything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The breakfast buffet was varied and high-quality, with plenty of options to suit every taste. Whether you’re visiting London for the first time or returning to soak in more of its charm, The Tower Hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, service, and stunning scenery. Housekeeping wouldn’t service room until 4:00-5:00 though we were out all day. Every day had to ask for towels. One of four elevators was out of service. Vu Bar charged 34£ ($44.20) for 2 bourbon and Coke cocktails. Outrageous. Concierge service was great however. This hotel has troubles.

Hôtel vieux ayant besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement. Le service et les restos sont ok. Par contre la chambre ouf! sans climatisation mais avec un système central qui de toute façon n’a pas fonctionné durant tout le temps de notre séjour. C’était chaud et humide. Le renvoie de la douche ne permettait pas d’écouler l’eau rapidement. On avait donc toujours de l’eau jusqu’aux chevilles! Désolant pour le prix payé

A high tel that appears to victimize its guests.

We had stayed at the same hotel the previous night so we knew what was possible That rate was 155 pounds The room obtained through hotel.com was: Physically small in terms of sq feet We needed to request a flat sheet to make up the bed The room was very hot and the air conditioning did not work We called the main desk to report the issue and they sent a young lady up with a fam She confirmed that the hotels rooms had trouble with their air conditioning which was confirmed by other guests. There was no mini-bar (minor item but noted) There was no security chain on the door to the room The source problem was that when we checked in in advance of joining a tour we had signed up on, the woman who checked us in confirmed our registration through the tour but did not tell us that that registration was for May 15 while the rooms we had booked ended on May 12 therefore no reserved room for May 13. The ability of some of the staff to communicate in English was limited A terrible experience in every respect.
