Room from Hell
Deceptive hotel whe you view it from the front, even with the roadworks that are going on, once inside, it shows its real charachter which is superb as you enter its clear and natuarallt lit reception/dining area. Excellent service and I had selected a standard 'red' room, only to find oit that this is based on some of Dante's work. Regardless, it didnt disappoint as you stepped in to the elevator and then out on to a red flooor! The room its self was suberbly decorated, thinking about every detail, whilst maintaining the Dante theme. Whilst it may not be everyones cup of tea, the thought that went in to it, along with the location (Florence), it really didnt diappoint! It was both clean and tidy and came with all of the features you would want. Definitely worth a stay of you're in the area overnight, as it is not far from the station.
