The Scarlet Singapore, Singapore

Stayed in room 207 for 4 nights. The location and bake is hard to beat. Complimentary water was a bonus. Though the bathroom had some minor issues: the sink didn't drain properly; water leaked out of the shower stall. The daily in room checking was only mediocre.

The hotel is a fantastic boutique hotel, with a restaurant. The location is great, you can walk to Chinatown and many restaurants. Lots to see close by

The Scarlet Singapore is a super cute boutique hotel steps from the Chinatown district of Singapore. It is close enough to walk to any amenities you might require and was super cool to be less than a block from the amazing Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum. Since it is a boutique hotel, the room was pretty small (not an issue for us) and there is no pool etc. but the styling of the hotel is really cool and the location is very cool to explore the markets and temples in the area.

Lovely different boutique hotel next to Chinatown. Bed very comfortable with all usual facilities. Room 118 only had skylight, no window. Air conditioning quiet. We arrived earlier than check in and were offered to shower and freshen up. Storing our luggage on arrival & departure was not a problem. Staff very friendly especially Machelle.

We booked based off the good ratings but was very disappointed. The rooms are very small with a very small bed that was not comfortable for two adults. We did not read the fine print so was expecting a room with a window but they are very limited. The walls and carpet are very dark and made the hotel feel a little creepy at night. The exterior was beautiful and inviting. The customer service was excellent and everyone we interacted with were very friendly and welcoming.
