Very dissatisfied
Towels were thin and scratchy. We were supposed to have joining rooms w another family and were booked on opposite ends of the property. Pillows were flat. Food at grill and pool was overpriced and bland. By far worst Marriott we have stayed at. However spa experience was excellent! Masseuse was phenomenal!

First room had no hot water. Wasn’t offered to move to a room with hot water. Next day I asked to be moved and was but being without hot water was unacceptable. When approaching front desk, the personnel has been absent more often than not. Room service was inconsistent, and the room is not clean every day.

Air conditioning is throttled back at night. Most nights I was awake from 3am to 5 am. Food was not impressive at all. Very few healthy options. Bed was fair…not great. Nice pool areas. Yanet did an amazing job cleaning. With a cooler room and better food it would have been 5 stars, but I won’t be returning.

Everyone for the most part was so friendly and helpful. The 2 older gentlemen waiters were just excellent. We also enjoyed our visit with Justin in the bar area. Over-all we had a great stay. Beautiful property. The mattresses are in need of a change out. Our backs were very sore after a couple of days. Otherwise a great resort .
