Sweet place, sadly located next to LOUD bar
Nice hotel. Clean rooms, tidy place. Front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. Check-in was super quick and they helped us print our boarding passes. Very close walk (15 mins) to downtown and St. Stephens Green Park. The noise.... Our last night, Thursday, the bar next door was loud. Loud music, loud thumping bass, louder crowd. It's a shame that such a nice hotel is located next to an annoying bar. We didn't find the earplugs until the next morning, but I doubt that they would have been enough.

Great hotel but not if you're a light sleeper
Room was nice, very clean, bed wonderfully comfortable. But we got next to ZERO sleep for the 3 nights we were there...noise and music and loud people until at least 3:30 am. Staff was helpful and reimbursed us for the 3 breakfasts we paid for, in compensation for the poor sleep. Location was fantastic, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, but noisy. When we arrived there was an event happening in the back courtyard and the music was very loud. Fortunately it stopped at 10:00 so we were able to go to sleep after. Guests at a neighbouring room came in late every night and were very loud. The location is great; we were able to walk to most of the sights in the city centre.

Everything was great, except the heat was turned right up in the room and they were unable to turn it down as the switch on the thermstat was broken, they supplied us with a small eletric fan for the 2 nights...but the room was far too hot and uncomfortable at night

Poor 2.0
We have barely slept! The noise was unreal, really why is there no noise control, people sent out back for smokes etc of in pub/club. We have been woken up early hours every night. Room card, both stopped working... we were told this was our fault as card was too close to phone. No it wasn’t! Continuously we had people running up at down the landing on level 3, laughing and knocking our door and running off... this is not what we expected from your hotel! The room was tiny! The shower was tiny! The towels were way too small... Bedding not changed in our 4 days/3 nights... Dirty marks all over the tiles in the bathroom, no idea what they were! Very very unhappy... this is our 3rd time to Dublin and after this stay really Wouldn’t want to return again! We have come away without our children, we want a good sleep and a decent room... we got neither! We are so angry! Complaint I sent them and they’ve totally ignored it....
