Not bad
Check in was easy and good service. The room was good and clean. We did ask for extra blankets amd pillow to be brought up only to have called back 2 hours later being told we had to come get them because the guy was gone now. Would have been a problem but we waiting 2 hours and got chamged for bed assuming it will come. Nobody called us to let us know plans have changed. Also lots of loud guests. We called the front desk at 11pm to mention amd they didn’t seem to care to investigate. Keep in mind that we still spent over $200 for the room a night amd over $500 in the village in food alone. We chose Tremblant even if there is many other places to choose from. So when asked by a guest for simple things they should be taken care of.

Good location!
Good location. Large studio apartment with kitchen, fireplace, bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Nice view to the Cabriolet gondola. Nice Staff! There were some caveats, though. The sofa bed was not comfy and could have a better mattress. Bedding supplies for the sofa bed felt like not enough. They offered us pillows without pillow cases for the sofa bed. In the microwave, and in a few pots, we saw food crumbs from previous guests. And there was a funky smell in the entrance closet.

In the middle of everything. Nice to park the car and just walk around. Mattress really comfy but sofa bed: terrible. Could hear everything in the room next door, even when they were just talking. I paid way too much for a few hours of sleep.
