The chalet is situated in Summercliffe Chalet Park in beautiful area of Caswell, on the Gower peninsula. In close proximity to the Award winning Caswell Bay beach and great access along the coastal paths to Langand Bay and Mumbles The chalet has been through an extensive upgrade and has been modernised throughout. Easy access to Mumbles where there are many shops and independent retailers and eateries.
The chalet is accessed via a door at the front of the property that occupies a slightly elevated position set into the hillside. There is a small terrace to the side and patio with table and chairs to the rear of the property which is a private and peaceful place to unwind. As you enter through the front door you will find a kitchen/ Living room that is open plan with a leather 2 seater sofa, coffee table and fold out chairs.
The living room coffee table folds out, extends and rises up to form a full size dining table with ample space to seat 4 plus people. The kitchen although compact is well thought out with everything you should require during your stay. The Kitchen has a 2 burner electric hob and oven, fridge with small compact freezer, pots, pans and storage cupboards.
Free wifi and a smart Tv are provided so you can access your Netflix / Amazon and other free streaming services such as iplayer and Itv hub. Terrestrialtv signal can be patchy due to the position of Summercliffe. Wifi code will be provided before arrival.
Bathroom consists of a Electric Shower and enclosure, W.c and wash basin / pedestal. Hot water is provided by an electric boiler.
Bedroom 1 - Double Bedroom has bedside lamps and plug outlets with charging points with a slimline cupboard and hangers for cloths.
Bedroom 2 - Single / Roll out bed - has bedside lamp and plug outlets with charging points with a slimline cupboard and hangers for cloths. This room contains a roll out bed that is stored under the single bed. This can either be used to have twin beds, a double bed configuration or moved into the living area for sleeping.
You will have use of entire chalet to yourself

Quiet neighbourhood and a few minutes walk (maybe 200 yards) from Caswell Bay beach and coastal paths linking the bays and coves.
Plenty of options as walking is favoured by most and there is public transport that picks up and drops off from Caswell Bay bus stop . There are also local taxi firms to be found. Mumbles Village and all it has to offer is about a mile away.
Modern, cosy and surrounded by nature. Bishops Wood can be found at the rear of Caswell Bay Car Park just a short stroll from Summercliffe. There are a number of cafes on Caswell Beach itself serving fish and chips and breakfast, hot dogs and burgers along with Beach fun items.
