Good and not so good.

The check in was a smooth process. The parking was great. The sheets and towels looked old and stained. Found pieces of pizza in the closet on the floor. The pool was nice, but found floating spit/snot so we didn't stay long. The breakfast was good, but some water to the table for everyone is a pretty basic expectation. Bad cellular reception.

Hotel room was great - having 2 rooms upstairs was the perfect setup for our family. The wood burning fireplace was great for the evenings, and we were able to make full meals in the kitchen. The pool really needed to be cleaned. The deck was covered in dirt and the hot tub was foamy. Hopefully the outdoor hot tub is back soon.

We enjoyed our visit!

It was a lovely experience. There were a couple of cleanliness issues that can be expected in a full kitchen set up. Some pots and dishes left soiled but we cleaned them and all was well. Perfect location, quiet room, good service. The room was everything we wanted and this is why we stay here a couple of times a year. Comfortable bed and lovely living areas.

Worst accommodation ever in my life. Noise from the heater, old facilities, terrible cleanness, dirty furniture and carpet, everything in this unit ruined my day. I was worrying that my infant son might get sick because of the terrible cleanness during the night. It was like a nightmare for me.

Overall a great place to stay. Had indoor swimming pool and hot tub working. Outdoor pool/hot tub was closed but that did not make any difference to us as indoors was accessible. Only thing missing was the breakfast wasnt included in our package, but they have decent restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Junior room was very spacious, big enough with heating/AC, big washroom, and very clean. The room had everything that a standard stay should have in it. Parking was included. It's only 10 min drive from banff downtown and all the main café, eatery places in the town.

The service was great but you can hear the people upstairs. The people above me also left their dogs and they were barking all day. My key card didn’t work 4 different times in the first 24 hours. Then they had to repair my door because it was the door that was broken and not the key card. It was a big inconvenience. The location is great. The WiFi was TERRIBLE. It’s a great spot to have your dog though. Lots of walking space.

The two main beds were clean and comfortable. The sheets for the pull out bed had something spilled on them and were not really clean. We loved the log burning fire place and loved the location. There are a few things that need to be fixed such as the door jam on the main door needs to be replaced, a tap was slow to drain, and a toilet had a consistent drip. For the price however, we could look past these few things.
