One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at, and I stay at many Four Seasons etc. Beautiful rooms and excellent food. Very nice spa facilities. Did not feel over crowded.
I did have a short stay so I could not say if location wise it was well located, I pretty much stayed in the resort the 2 days I was here.

This property is unreal-- the most gorgeous space with every detail intentional, beautiful and full of depth. The service was exceptional and we were very well taken care of with every need anticipated. The room was exquisite with a beautiful bar, spacious bedroom and living space and modern. Bed incredible. The spa and gym were insane and the rooftop patio and bar offered such incredible views. This is one of the most exceptional hotels and is a must when visiting São Paulo.
