OVERRATED
The stay at this hotel was a complete disaster! During check-in the front desk employee was so distracted with other patrons entering the hotel that he could and did not answer any of my questions correctly. He was completely preoccupied. We called down to the front desk three times for extra linen and it was never brought to our room. We asked if we could come down to get it and they said it wasn't at the desk and we had to wait. They never brought it until we called a fourth time the next morning. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. The room had a very musty smell that made my family nauseous. We only found relief when we put the AC on the coldest setting and froze most of our stay. It smelled as if the carpet and curtains had never been cleaned. The ceilings were dirty, the doors were damaged and not properly repaired, and the pole in the shower was broken. We were skeptical about calling about the other issues because of how poorly we were treated when asking for additional towels and wash cloths. It appears they put lipstick on a pig because what they do on the inside does not reflect what they portray on the outside!

Midtown Atlanta Beauty
I am happy that Hotels.com recommended this midtown hotel. Our stay and the beauty of this hotel cannot be matched. Front desk staff were always attentive, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, beds were so comfy I wanted to stay in them forever. The view from our floor-to-ceiling window on floor 24 was stunning. I felt that the room decor was made for me: records and music and the bird pictures above the bed.

Weather was ok. The hotel was amazingly beautiful but the staff however was very unwelcoming. No one gave my any information about any activities or things to do upon check-in. My room had a beautiful view but I had dirty bedsheets, seemed like old chocolate which I found strange because I never had anything to eat there. The hotel was nice but I wouldn’t recommend nor would I ever return.

Subpar visit.
I booked this trip last second and I was honestly very disappointed with my visit. I was excited to be away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and get a good night of sleep. All night ever few minutes there was thing loud banging noise that kept me up throughout the night. When I told the front desk about it, all I got was “oh, we will tell maintenance.” Then after an awful night of sleep, I woke up to shower and the hot water was not working for the shower. I will not be staying here again. I feel as if the front desk didn’t even care about my concern. I paid too much money for a subpar visit.
