Front desk needs to better
The property was fine however there were/are several issues with booking, checking in and then checking out. 1) There was a significant pricing discrepancies between the reservation confirmation and the quoted rate online. I found too late to deal with it, ended up with higher price. 2) Checking in, they require physical card, not Applepay. 3) Checking out, the hotel manually charged additional 4.99% fee above the final invoice amount two days later insisting that I requested to pay in USD which is false. The hotel staffs were nice however did not communicate clearly, and omitted disclosures.
