Run down. Dirty. Ppl are smoking in halls. I'd never stay here again. We had no hot water for the first day and night we were here.

This was a disappointing stay .. hotel is very dirty hallway’s elevator not vacuumed or cleaned ,hallway wreaked of cannabis room door did not close tightly unless you pushed it .. only enough towels for one person we asked at the front desk for extra which they gave … hand held shower head did not function right it was dirty and disgusting poorly lite light in bathroom only one lightbulb should be 3 carpet was stained .. bed was comfortable but only 2 tiny pillows for a king bed … it was cold in the room only a sheet and light blanket .. this hotel is certainly trying to save money but not in a good way ..we won’t return… please not try to justify it actions speak louder then words

Horrid Stay - Dirt / Urine / Cold Shower
Noise and banging ALL NIGHT!! Zero sleep, zero enforcement. Room must have had an animal previously because at 3am we woke up and the room smelled like animal urine. Staff had used a powerful deodorant to mask the smell it but it had warn off over night. Floor had cracked in grime/ dirt AND to top my stay off - there was no hot water in the morning for a shower. Horrible! I want a refund !

When bang for your buck becomes a myth
Where to start… No face cloths Not enough towels Room was dirty (found toe nails and stuff smeared on walls) Internet/Phone was down for a day TV was atrocious 5 cops car were parked outside for two days… We’ve called for towels on three occasions with no response, we had to go down to the front desk or flag down a concierge
