It’s a very clean hotel comfortable to stay easy process to check in and out. A/C works fantastic! Not all staff are friendly or greet you at all. If you decide to be in the pool area you have to consume what they sale. Outside snacks, drinks and food is prohibited. For this reason i don’t think I’d stay here again specially when going with kids.

It’s truly central in the Dorado zone as the Malecón, restaurants, and stores are nearby. The only flip side is the spotty wifi and cable connection. The toilet seat was broken, too. Other than that, the staff were polite, courteous and attentive. Will definitely return if possible.
