First time staying here since the pandemic. Very disappointed...they ran out of towels, we had problems with the room appliances, comforter was dirty, only 1 waffle maker worked, etc. They also charge $16 for parking now. It was not a great stay...

Issues
Upon arrival, we were greeted nicely and given a source for food and keys to the room. The moment we entered, I tried to pull down the blackout curtain and it fell totally off. Then talked to front desk and was given another room. This room had the same issues and when I requested a room facing the water was told that a big group was coming 3 days later and those rooms were booked. On our final night we experienced 2 separate fire alarm’s which came around midnight where everyone had to empty the building in close to freezing conditions. The day we left, the power went out in the whole building. Not the best experience at all.
