8/10 Very good

Nice, clean and quiet.
Very nice hotel. We didn’t have much interaction with staff (which is why the neutral rating) but all seemed fine. Was conveniently close to Starbucks, convenience stores and main shopping in Ginza but off the beaten path for quieter nights. The little bar outside that is easily overlooked was a lot of fun (def check it out - cozy atmosphere, Belgian beers, nice staff) . Room and hallways were clean. Only complaint (which is a personal thing) was the bags were pretty darn hard. But I have heard first hand that that’s normal in Japan. So we bought a Matress topper at Don Quixote and it saved the day (and nights). Don’t let that deter you from this hotel. A friend was with us at a different hotel (also nice) and same situation. When I talked to another guest about the firmness of the bed they said they loved it! (Shocking to me lol). Overall was happy with this hotel.

10/10 Exceptional

This was our first time visiting Japan. Staying at this hotel made it more wonderful, the rooms are small but spotless and very functional (just sliding your luggages under the beds). The hotel is stylish and has European design and its location is great with subways nearby within 5-10 minutes walk. The staff is beyond wonderful, I forgot my phone that has all of travel plans in the taxi car and they managed getting the phone back which made me so grateful for the extra help and so professional. The breakfast is great although the same every day but with enough options to choose. The room was a little too warm but the windows open helped out a bit. The room description should be with a little more info, we had a connecting room 4 single beds and thinking that 4 beds in the same room but turned out it is two separate rooms each with bath room with a connecting door which was great for the 4 of us. We will be back for another visit and highly recommend this hotel for staying in Tokyo.

6/10 Good

Nice hotel but too hot
The hotel is nice and well-located in Ginza. The main problem we had was the heat, the room was too hot and it was impossible to adjust the room temperature, so we could hardly sleep the whole night. As it is impossible to open the window and they do not have fans in winter, there was no way to cool the room.
