Hotel is situated at very good location. Right next to Greenwich station. You can take trains and DLR for easy access. Breakfast is very good and staff is very helpful. The only drawback is the room cleaning. They don’t clean it well. They also don’t check if the shower gel is finishing and they have refill it. They have to improve on that but except that it’s value for money.

The hotel itself was lovely, nice decor clean rooms , they are a little small but it’s just a base at the end of the day. The bed was very comfy and location great. The breakfast was anlso very nice and great value. Only downfall was the air con didn’t work and had an awful nights sleep as we were so hot. The staff were very helpful and changed our room , however we did have the same issue and again aircon was not working. We didn’t mention anything again ax would have had to pick all our stuff up again for one last night.

The staff are the saving grace of this hotel. They were helpful and caring. As a Disabled user I found the room given was not that shown on Expedia website. Was unable to have access to a shower the first night. Changed rooms for following two nights. Space for wheelchair limited. Lifts to rooms small. Couldn’t charge phone or hearing aids as no usb outlets. Not really geared up to solo disabled travellers
