Only one complaint, the one day I went for the all day breakfast omelette, it wasn't available for 2 hours Good location, not the newest hotel but everything worked, nice hot water (many of my hotels just didn't have it) Would stay here again

I have always enjoyed this place
I first stayed here in 2013.I have not been back in 6 years and several of the staff recognized me and greeted me.I've stayed here a dozen times thru the years. Lots of variety in the neighborhood from food to crazy nightlife. The beds are comfortable,clean and staff are great. Hotel is maturing and there are newer places nearby but this is my fave.

plenty of insects in washroom. shower broken. Bath tub non functional. iron board available but no iron, if you ask for one it will take 20-25 mins to arrive. Aircon worst than a fan...room always so hot. Internet speed pathetic.....this is condition of a premium category room... not sure how ordinary rooms will be like. Wont stay again in this hotel and wont recommend any one to stay there.

The property really needs a face lift. Everything is pretty old including carpet, walls, decor, etc. there wasn’t really an odor and water pressure and hot water was good. Wi-Fi wasn’t really that great as signal was pretty weak most of the time

The property itself is definitely in need of refurbishment. The best thing about Berjaya is the staff friendliness, helpfulness. They care about their guests and go to great length to ensure your happy, comfortable and feel safe. This location is so close to many restaurants, malls within walking distance. We opted for the free breakfast and were pleased as we started our day with the many food options available and the grill chef made me a wonderful omlette each day. There was live music each evening in the lobby lounge. I do recommend this hotel for its staff, location and dining. I was well pleased with the in room dining as well. Thanks to all the staff. You made our stay wonderful.
