Upon arrival I was a little worried that due to the size and quantity of rooms, we would be forgotten about and not receive the 5 Star hotel experience but we were wrong! There is an army of dutiful staff members always available and there to help, our room was a superb garden terrace next to the Mexican restaurant where we had early morning coffees. Although the property has gigantic proportions that make it at times unnavigable and makes it feel impersonal this is definitely an Arabian Nights palace with impeccable service and pool areas among the most beautiful in the world - with a private beach! The hotel was great - lovely beach and pool area. Even though the property is huge, our room was close to the family pool / beach / playground area which made everything very accessible. The restaurants are great. And even though the hotel tends to get a lot of visitors (who are not guests), they've done a nice job keeping certain areas only for guests.

We went for my husband's birthday to enjoy a week end in the Palace. It was beyond all our expectations. The place is beautiful, service was definitely 5 stars. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to live the "arabic dream" !
