Very basic accommodation, tiny room and bathroom. Very noisy outside because of traffic all night, but due to location on a busy corner. Also we were on the outside edge of the complex. The accommodation location suited our needs that required us to be close to a private hospital. However, it was ‘no frills’ and noisy.

The photos are deceiving. When we got to the property there was a worker off duty abusing the receptionist about her roster. Not very professional. There was no parking or well inadequate parking. We had a 2 bedroom apt. One bedroom smelt like dead mice and mould. The air conditioner was not working at all. The place was disgusting. And there was another guest with staying with a dog in the room next to where our room was. Would not stay hear again. Left the property after being there for 25 mins as we booked somewhere else immediately after arriving and seeing conditions.

The police attended the hotel on two separate occasions. The second night was the worst fighting, bottle throwing, swearing, I have ever witnessed in my life. A person lying on the ground concussed. Two police vans with lights and sirens going. A very scary experience for everyone staying at the hotel. Dreadful!!!

It was brilliant we actually stayed 2 nights as I had an operation and I did not feel the best so we stayed for 2 nights instead of the 1 keyless entry with safety cameras felt very safe

I would not stay here again. No parking. Trouble checking in as email code not sent for 2nd room. Manager extremely rude when trying to get it resolved. Dust, cobwebs, 2 cockroaches in the bedroom.

Limited, very tight parking. The outdoor pool and spa were discusting and dirty so we couldnt use them. There were about a dozen kids in the pool that lived in the area (not staying at hotel) and they left scooters and rubish etc in the walkway up to our room. The room could have been cleaner to be honest

The place was convenient and would have been great except we arrived and were told that the twin beds were configured as one bed. They were going to reconfigure the beds. However, it took two more calls a few hours after check-in to make this happen.
