Nice views. Check in was a disaster. Buffet blah
Good: great view beach view from Superior King room. Breakfast was ok. Definitely suggest omelete. Scuba diving was good. Ample chairs and seating around pool and on beach. Bad: room wasn’t ready for nearly an hour from checking in. Room had no towels and it took 3 hours to get some delivered. At check in they offered to bring my luggage to the room. My luggage to over 2 hours to arrive. Buffet other than breakfast was sub par. It was never mentioned that during my 3-night stay, I could only eat in the ala carte restaurant one single time. Buy sunscreen before you arrive. It was $23 in the gift shop. The view was nice but the front desk service was horrible. Won’t be staying here. I’d rather stay at a nicer place and spend $100 more for better food and service.

The beach and the water is absolutely beautiful. This was the best part of our trip. The checkin process is very slow and they don’t even offer you a drink while u wait. The bars and their staff are ridiculously slow and not very friendly. The front desk and bar staff did not go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The bar staff acted like you were bothering them. This is an all inclusive resort. We have stayed at 9 different ones and this was the only one whose bar staff was unfriendly. Not enough options for entertainment at night. Bars don’t open until 11am and only 2 and no place to get coffee until 7:30am.

My family (me, wife, and two kids, ages 10 and 13) loved this place. We tried almost everything there was to do, but just didn't have enough time. We sailed the catamarans, paddled the stand up boards, borrowed snorkels and masks, did archery, went to the nightly shows, played pickleball, did yoga and water aerobics and so much more. All the equipment was in good condition and the staff was reasonably knowledgeable. The food was fine, considering its a buffet with steam tables. The specialty restaurants were a good break from the buffet. The booze was free and flowing. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. My kids made friends with other kids staying at the resort. We are all looking forward to returning again next year!

The rooms were below par for what we paid. Bathroom didnt have a shower curtain or a stopper for the water so our room would have water on the floors. Beaches were beautiful. Restaurants you had to reserve and they only let you reserve 2 nights for a nice dinner. Bring your own cups/travel mugs as they only have plastic cups for all drinks. Would not recommend or go back again.
