Small, but comfortable room
We were greeted by very friendly staff who gave us all the information we required for our stay and a map of the city. The room was a bit small, but the bed was comfortable. The side table was across from the bed so I had to get up to turn off the alarm, but not really an issue. The bathroom and showers were again small and a larger person may be elbowing the walls. But at 5"9 150lbs I was fine. The location was right next to the parking garage which was great and the subway tram was a 2 min walk away. We didn't explore any of the neighborhood we were in and didn't spend much time in the room as we stayed out late and left early. Overall it was a small, but comfortable room, and maybe a little over priced.

Amazing staff
The staff was the friendliest staff I have ever come across at a hotel. They were extremely helpful and answered all our questions.

Good 6.0
Great location - close to the hop on hop off bus stop and next door to a safe and convenient parking garage. The room was small, but this is expected for a trendy hotel in the heart of a big city. By small, I mean it was literally a bed with two side tables and a small bathroom. Comfortable enough if you don't need much space to move around. The bed was hard. The bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn't drain. The breakfast was barely a breakfast - it was all sugar sweets (danishes, cakes, muffins, etc.) which isn't ideal for breakfast. Our floor had a comfortable lounge and the rooms had a mini fridge. Staff were extremely friendly and the area was very safe at night.

Fair 4.0
Welcoming but just okay.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was quite small and felt like a dorm room. Bad was not bad. Noise levels were higher than I would like (ex. Loud when the upper room turned on the shower or flushed the toilet). Clean but dated.

Location! Location! Location!
Ideal for a short trip to Boston. Clean and small room, mini fridge, and small bathroom which are fine, especially if the room is only used for sleeping, getting to a morning meeting, or to explore the city. Close to Orange and Green lines. Need room key to access room floor. Downsides: no dark curtains and telephone booth shower (which was ok sized for me, but maybe too small for others). On the same block, they were tearing down a building- so construction work was happening and made me think I was exeriencing a series of small earthquakes during my stay. Would stay here again if the price was right.
