Beautiful grounds and friendly staff
Very helpful, friendly staff. The hotel will arrange a car and driver that will drive you into town and later pick you up to return you to the hotel when you phone them any time. Food was tasty, the grounds are beautiful. The only inconvenience was the evening before our departure we had ordered room service for breakfast to be delivered at 7:45am because we were driving to Santa Fe airport for our flight home and our time was tight. The food never came and the kitchen could not accommodate our schedule that morning even though we ordered the meal the night before. When we checked out they did remove the daily tourist fee to compensate for not preparing our breakfast order. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

Nice, relaxing hotel, good location, great staff!
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds of this location are beautiful (and this was in spring before anything bloomed!), peaceful, and calming. The food at the hotel restaurant/bar was good as well. Fireplaces in the room is a nice touch.

Very Good8.0
Nice facility, but apparently very understaffed. Valet staff were slow bringing bags to our room upon check-in. We reminded staff of our request for a roll-out bed for our six year old daughter at check-in, and waited approximately four hours for the bed to arrive. After the first night of our two night stay, we left early the next morning to explore the area and returned to our room after 3pm to find that housekeeping staff still had not made up the room. Upon checking out, rather than waiting for valet staff to take our bags, I took care of our bags myself, but there were no luggage carts available. Service staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed during our mid-week stay despite seemingly low occupancy.

Great hotel, fantastic service, awesome pool. The resturant was closed the night we stayed, but the bar food was really good.
