New hotel great place, location excellent. I use to leave by that hotel for 5 years I really recommend you to stay . It is a small room but this is Japan and not North America room size

Loved it location, hotel, room,
Loved the hotel location, and the hotel itself - great vibe and the bakery in the lobby is a great benefit - suggest bakery opens at 7 am instead of 8 am. Lots of places to eat in and around the area, great park across the street - suggest if you are a runner to bring your running gear - we didn't unfortunately but next time we will as it is a great place to run.

the Knot
I found the rooms extremely small. You must read the fine print in the description where the hotel describes the size by metres. I had to upgrade to a larger room because my son and I could not function. Also, the air conditioners don’t seem to work. We tried several times to ask for help but they said it was normal function. The room became very hot forcing us to open windows.

met my expectation
Nice place, a little tiny, as you should expect tho. Nice view! A tiny bit of a walk from Shinjuku Station.

Early check out
The hotel is nice and trendy, but approximately 800 meters from the train station. Breakfast buffet is great. The only drawback is the 10:00 check out in the morning. Way too early when compared to other hotels.

Great location, would come back
Loved the location of the hotel, by a park and just a short walk from bustling Shinjuku. Traveling with a teenager, I felt the room was tiny when we first arrived. But we got used to it quickly. Great WiFi and water pressure/heat. We appreciated the mini fridge and stocked up on items from the nearby familymart for breakfast daily. The lobby is lively. Breezy check-in/check-out.

Nice hotel, enjoy the stay!
We choose THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku randomly and most basically because it was one of the not so many with available rooms for our dates and I can tell I'm very happy with this choice. The check in is fully automated, but there is receptionist that helping. The process is very quick (faster than the traditional way). The rooms were small (as usually are in Tokyo) but was more than enough space. Look newly renovated and are very clean. There is a small cooler for water/drinks a kettle for hot water and tea bags. No coffee though There is a cafeteria located on the ground floor where the breakfast buffet is served. The space is really nice. The buffet does not include a million goods but whatever is there is more than enough and very good quality. There is also a bakery located at the hotel with freshly baked delicious breads. The hotel located close to Shinjuku station (around 1 kilometer/15 min walk west) but in a quieter neighborhood. It is very close to Government Metropolitan towers. If walking is an issue (?) there are 2 more stations nearby, 400 & 500 meters away. There is a vending machine with refreshments at the ground floor and also a Family Store and a 7Eleven 400 meters away.. As a conclusion, we were very happy with our stay at THE KNOT and will be our preference on future trips to Tokyo.
