Service above and beyond
When I first responded to a survey about my arrival, I stated the bed was terrible. It was hard and I have a back issue. The hotel contacted me about it and asked what they could do to remedy the situation. They added pads to soften the mattress and it worked. They went out of their way to make me comfortable during my stay. Excellent service from this hotel.
