All Frontdesk stays are contactless self-check-in and include Scout, our exclusive digital companion to guide you through everything you'll need before and during your time with us. We're also available 24/7 via text or phone and have a local team should you need anything.
Guests are required to follow all regional and building-specific COVID-19 policies. We continue to employ a professional cleaning staff adhering to OSHA and CDC guidelines to make sure your stay is clean and comfortable.
Our one-bedroom apartment is furnished with a queen bed and a couch. It has everything you & your guests need to enjoy your stay in Detroit! In the kitchen, you'll find beautiful appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and basic cookware to cook simple meals for a cozy night in! There's free WiFi! A washer and dryer are also available in the building for your convenience.
This community has been fully-renovated and transformed into a beautiful green oasis. The architecture has tree patterns infused into the building skin via the use of innovated use of materials. Fully relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoor greenspace or zen garden.
One parking space is provided for this unit in the gated lot for the building.
Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. We do not provide any tv cable or streaming services. However, we do offer Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to log into the apps with your own login and enjoy!
You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.
Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.
Situated between the vibrant Eastern Market and Rivertown Warehouse District, you are only minutes from downtown. You are walking distance to the Detroit Riverwalk, dining, and grocery. Ford Field, Comerica Park, Little Caesars Arena, Fox Theatre, Music Hall Center for the Performing Arts, Detroit Opera House, Hart Plaza, Greektown Casino, Belle Isle, and TCF Center are just minutes away.
Downtown Detroit has no shortage of transportation options. Mogo, Detroit's bike share system, has 3 stations one block away. Qline is Detroit's circulating streetcar that runs 3.3 miles along Woodward Avenue between Congress Street and West Grand Boulevard. The nearest Qline station is two blocks away. The Detroit People Mover, an elevated and automated light-rail system, is only one block away. I-75 and I-375 are easily accessible. Rideshare programs such as Uber and Lyft are also available and make for a convenient way to get around the city.

Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. We have a strict 11am checkout. If you'd like to pay to check out later, the latest we can do is 1pm, at $25 per hour. Please let us know one day in advance if this is something you'd like to schedule!
Nothing is more important to us than the
health and safety of our communities. We are monitoring the situation very closely, and we would like to share the additional precautions that have been recently added. All amenities at this property have been closed. We have increased our cleaning standards, specifically as it relates to cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. This is all very necessary for the safety of guests, and we must do our part to keep this community safe.
At Frontdesk, a core value is to be a good neighbor. We extend this 5-star stay to you, our guests, as well as our property partners. This means we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside of the suite. The number of people inside the suite may not exceed the reserved guest amount at any time. While we do not anticipate the need, following multiple warnings, we will utilize local law enforcement to ensure compliance. If removal is required, it will be done at the guest's expense. Thank you for respecting the community and our commitment to be a good neighbor.
Absolutely no parties or events. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the suite. We have a zero-tolerance policy and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected.
This community enforces quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. It's important that we abide by those same rules inside the apartment. Any noise level beyond a normal conversation may result in being asked to vacate the suite.
No smoking inside the suite or anywhere in the complex, no candles ($500 fine)
$100 fee for unreturned or lost keys
$75 overnight lockout fee
$100 fee if found to have pets inside the suite

No booking on behalf of others
All building events are for residents only and are off-limits during your stay.
Building staff (leasing office staff and maintenance) are not affiliated with Frontdesk and are not available to you during your stay. Guest agrees to contact us directly should any issues arise.
Packages or mail may not be shipped to the apartment. We will not be responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages.
Lockbox must be properly locked at all times
No unregistered guests without prior approval and the number of guests may not exceed the number on the reservation.
