8/10 Very good

Accommodations, Grounds, Restaurants, Service
Stayed in Jr. Suite; a nice room with standard balcony looking out on the ocean. Separate area of beach if desired and dedicated bar on beach. Pools were nice and clean, but usual issues with people staking out chairs and disappearing for hours, despite signs stating reserving chairs not permitted. Luckily plenty of them on the beach. Service in general was average for Caribbean resort.
Restaurants were nice, ability to choose 4 nights at restaurants at the resort. The remainder at cafeteria. Cafeteria was average at best. Automatic coffee machines (only option) always needed servicing, or had no cups at the machines. A lot of searching for one that was operable or had cups. Staff usually quite slow to provide silverware and napkins. Cafeteria cheeses & lunchmeats were tasteless. In general unimpressive selection for breakfast and lunch, Didn't eat dinner there. A lot chaos in its dining room during busy times, crazy, everyone trying to figure what was there and what was where. Had a permanent food truck on beach that served burgers, hot dogs, fries. Nice alternative to chaos.
Entertainment didn't start until after 9, so never saw any of it, and only one bar open after dinner, main lobby was nice. Had flamingos in front of the entrance in pond-like setting with ducks, etc. Medical staff on-site charged $500 (yes $500) to provide care for a sore throat.
Excursion agents (Nexus) on-site near front desk were quite helpful and pleasant.
