Avoid this hotel at all cost

First, there was a confusion over the hotel shuttle stop. We called many times and had to wonder a lot to get to the stop, which was far away. Then we had to wait for 20 minutes for the shuttle. We finally arrived at the hotel a quarter to 2 AM and the person at the front desk could not find our reservation and kept saying are you sure you have a reservation? It took her another 20 minutes to locate us. The room was very basic, more like a two star hotel in small towns! It also had a bad smell.
