Great hotel for what we were looking for. Close to Disneyland and even had a shuttle to get to the park daily. The BBQ in the common area was the greatest part along with the pool.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Official boycott. The staff were EXTREMELY rude to us. Argued with us, made our stay unpleasant (putting it lightly) and very awkward.. Back story: We booked here because they offer free shuttle to and from Disneyland. We were supposed to be picked up from Disneyland at the exact same spot we were dropped off at, at 10:30pm. We arrived at the pickup spot at 10:25pm and looked everywhere. No shuttle. We waited until 10:55pm and finally took a cab back. We asked the hotel manager for a reimbursement of the $14 because the shuttle driver missed us and obviously left the park too early. Driver did NOT wait for us. We have photographic proof where where we were at and the time. Instead of apologizing and paying the taxi $14, both the night manager and the shuttle driver argued with us, telling us that they were there at the time. I have worked in hospitality, customer service, and tourism for years, and I could NEVER imagine talking to a guest like they did. Or to insist on defending themselves being right instead of resolving an incredibly negative guest experience that they could have easily solved. Night manager also said I could review the video footage of the shuttle leaving and returning to the hotel. I said sure, I would love to see that. When I asked in the morning to see that footage, they refused! That's their way of essentially admitting they were not there at the right time and missed us!

DO NOT STAY HERE! WORST SERVICE
I just left a review, but this place was SO bad I'm compelled to leave another. We did not get picked up from the park where and when the shuttle was supposed to be.The night manager argued with us, saying that yes he was there.But we were at the spot 5 minutes early.The night manager said we can review the video tapes of when he left and returned so I could see how wrong we were. So I said, "yes please, I would love to see that." Except when I asked to see the footage to prove that the driver arrived back at the hotel very early, they said "no, I'm not going to show you that.." If that's not them admitting they're wrong then what is.. I have worked in hospitality, customer service, and tourism for years, and I would NEVER imagine arguing with my guest and trying to prove them wrong. Especially over $14!! My fiance and I just got engaged that very day, and they ruined the entire experience for us. Instead of apologizing and reimbursing the small amount, they insisted they were there and we were wrong. The driver even went so far as to call our room and came up to our room to tell us to ask the other guests who took the shutlle!! This experience would have been completely different, as would have been my review were it not for their argumentative and egoistic attitude! Condescending, rude, unacceptable. You would never get treated like that from a chain, because they have head offices. A place like this makes you feel stuck, we wanted to check out immediately but had paid
