CANCELLATION POLICY

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

50% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.



COVID PEACE OF MIND POLICY

If COVID-19 travel restrictions prohibit the guest from travelling within 14 days of the check-in date, the guest will be issued a 100% credit for future use valid for 18 months. ABOUT THE HOME

This gorgeously spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom townhome is on two levels and a desired end unit that offers extra seclusion for your getaway! This home really begins to feel like a luxurious Whistler retreat when relaxing in the Hot Tub found in the private garden complete with a generous patio. The ground level has an open floor plan with vast vaulted ceilings, beautiful exposed beams, designer furnishings, updated kitchen, cosy living area and a dining area that looks out to the private garden. Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed and the Guest bathroom can be found on the ground level. Go upstairs to find two large bedrooms with wonderful mountain and forest views. The upper level bedrooms include the Master with King Bed, Smart TV, en-suite bathroom and private balcony. Additional upstairs bedroom has a Queen Bunk & Pull-out sofa bed to allow maximum flexibility for all kinds of groups/families. The whole home is cooled with air-conditioning in the summer months and in the winter you can snuggle up next to the immense fireplace in the living area with a Hot Coco and enjoy the heated floors on the ground floor. Enjoy ultimate convenience of driving straight to your front door or into the private garage which also has ample room for skis and bikes to be securely stored.



COMPLEX: MONTEBELLO

Montebello enjoys an ideal location of seclusion with close proximity to Whistler Village. This quite complex is right at the edge of the Village North, just a five-minute walk from Whistler's Marketplace where you will find a grocery store, liquor store and many other shops and restaurants. From your front door, you are just minutes away from the base of both the Whistler and Blackcomb Gondolas which are easily accessible by either the free village shuttle bus (bus stop is a 3 minutes walk), or a 15-20 minute walk to the base of the mountain. The Montebello complex is a favourite for family groups as the properties enjoy drive-up access with parking in your private garage/driveway.



LOCATION: VILLAGE NORTH

Village North offers the perfect blend of convenience and seclusion. It is centred around a marketplace complete with a supermarket and liquor store while remaining within easy walking distance of Whistler Village and both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas.

PARKING

Two parking stalls are included in the rental. There is parking for one vehicle in the private garage as well as an uncovered spot in the driveway. Limited visitor parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis with three stalls located just across the street from this home.



HOUSE RULES

No smoking, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25. Pets are permitted in the property - please let us know if you are bringing one. A non-refundable one-time pet fee of C$50.00 (plus tax) will be charged.

- Any non-emergency maintenance requests will not be conducted while guests are occupying the property.

- A maintenance technician will be available for troubleshooting via phone during business hours.

- All housekeepers and property inspectors will wear Personal Protective Equipment.
