Not very helpful staff
The woman who first greeted us was not in the least friendly. We had arrived early and were happy to wait till check in time but when I asked where the ladies room was she didn’t answer me at all. My sister saw it and pointed it out. After a couple of hours a gentleman at the desk checked us in and he was much nicer but neglected to tell us we needed to use our key in the elevator and also had to put our key in a slot inside the room to turn the electricity on. Having never seen that before it was definitely not intuitive. We were also never told there was a complimentary breakfast. Rooms were nice, staff were not except for Chloe in the restaurant
