Super close to Disney, not the most comfy.
After staying at a mid-level Disney hotel in Orlando I pretty much knew what to expect and I wasn’t disappointed. The service was very good and the location was great, super close to the park. Overall the room is ok, decent size with nice hot shower, but the beds were just so-so, pretty hard. Wasn’t the most comfortable sleep I’ve gotten. Location is key for this resort and as long as you don’t expect luxury, you just want easy access to the park, this resort will do the trick.

Forgotten guests
Moved from the 7th floor to the basement and forgotten Room not cleaned for 3 days, no coffee or milk, dirty cups for 3 days. Very disappointed we paid for an upgrade to the better deal and we saw nothing for it. Children were not catered for it was all aimed at adults. Child cot still left in the room not fully cleared away as we were not sing it. Adult with mobility issues was left to it no help originally was offered.

The hotel promotes that it offers free hot drinks but machines are few & far between with only 1 out of the 4 we tried actually working. Plus there were none outside the main building which was a great disappointment. TV in one of our 2 rooms did not work properly.
