Delightful Touches
We stayed for two nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel, as you might expect is loaded with Marvel Artwork top to bottom, as well as surprising Marvel touches like at the Skyline Bar. Everything from is first rate.

Really enjoyed the hotel and only wish I had been able to spend more time there - the kids must have kept us in the Parks for over 12 hours each day. All the staff were exceptionally helpful, it was a very short walk to the Parks and the room was a good size for the four of us.

This is the second time I’ve been in this hotel. The first time was around 10 years ago. At that time the hotel cleanliness and services were wonderful. I was shocked this time from the dramatic fall of this hotel. They don’t clean rooms on a daily basis unless you make so many requests and complaints and when they finally do, they do not provide the room with the daily supplies that all hotels usually do like water, tea/coffee bags, paper tissue boxes etc. you have to call the reception and complaint in order for them to provide anything. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who is taking her/his kids to Disney land. I will definitely use another hotel next time I visit Disney land

This is an incredible experience for any Marvel fan. However it is style over substance: hot stuffy rooms, due to government legislation temperatures don’t go below 19C! Small double beds… difficult to get a good nights sleep. The staff and food are exceptional - do their best where they can but the fundamentals, the basics - sleep and temperature seem to be out of their control!
