Nice hotel, never disappointing
Have stayed at this hotel several times and never been disappointed. Within easy reach of the beach, but also centrally located in terms of the commercial end of Playa Blanca and the Marina, which has some nice restaurants.

Lovely large 'suite' rooms and balconies, in low rise white buildings. Beautiful grounds and immaculately clean. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is situated between the marina and town, with its bars, cafes and restaurants, as well as just a few minutes walk from the lovely promenade walkway, which stretches several miles in each direction. A small supermarket is minutes away. The hotel restaurant was always well stocked with a varied buffet, and had inside and terrace seating. Unfortunately the poolside area has limited sunbeds, which creates a problem when selfish guests occupy them with towels before breakfast! The hotel guest relations did their best to solve the problem with various ploys. However, the beach is only minutes away, and when we wanted to relax we rented a sunbed for 4 euros a day and enjoyed the magnificent view of the water across to the islands, with a nearby bar offering drinks and snacks. Altogether a very enjoyable holiday.

Wonderful customer service! The staff were very kind and friendly!!! We took our little furbaby, but the only thing we didn't like is that we couldn't eat in the open area restaurants because of our small furbaby! Which I find it a little bit ridiculous!

Availability of sunbeds was extremely frustrating. The hotel was busy and there was not sufficient beds or sun brollies for the amount of people staying at the property. In order to get a sunbed it was necessary to get to the pool by 0830 latest every day of the holiday. This caused annoyance and would stop me from booking to stay at this hotel again.

Pleasant relaxing break H10 White Suites
Location great for beach and marina. A boutique style hotel. Rooms spacious, plenty of storage, good size fridge and air con worked well. Nespresso capsules not topped up and my husband had to request more. Room a little tired in places, mainly bathroom and paintwork. Despite overlooking a road the noise was minimal with the doors shut. Pool area was busy, had to put towels on by 9am but not allowed to leave loungers for 2 long as towels wld be removed. Very comfortable lounger mats. We were on half board and food for breakfast and evening meal was very good. Had vegetarian options. Desserts were delicious. Reception very helpful, printed relevant travel forms. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Pharmacy next door offering €25 antigen test. We had already booked ours through a canarian company who were excellent costing €30. All in all a very pleasant relaxing three day stay. A bottle of cava in our room was a nice surprise on my husbands birthday .

Just had a fabulous week at White Suites, lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and very friendly staff. Good location for both the marina and Playa Blanca. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. Will definitely return.
