Enjoy the extra space!

Barcelona is quieter these days, with fewer places open for business. However, it's still beautiful and vibrant, with plenty to enjoy outdoors and lots of experiences waiting for you in the city.

Don’t worry about shopping for groceries!

Every neighborhood in Barcelona has a market selling local produce (only open in the mornings) and well-stocked supermarkets like Mercadona, Sorli, Lidl and Bonpreu, which you’ll find just around the corner from your flat. So get out and grab some fresh local produce and put our fully equipped kitchen to good use by preparing 🍽 a delicious meal.

Your safety is our priority!

While every professional company cleans their short-term rentals thoroughly between stays, these challenging times require special measures. Rest assured we’re taking additional precautions to disinfect properties and prevent the spread of coronavirus. We keep right up to date with the latest protocols issued by global health organizations (including the ECDC and the World Health Organization) and have a system in place called “COVID-19 Disinfection Checklist for short-term rental disinfection”. Bed linen and towels are cleaned professionally after each guest checks out, in line with the same guidelines and by the same team. We leave nothing to chance, because your safety is what matters most to us.

Speaking of your safety

Masks, gloves, and disinfectants are widely available in Barcelona in most shops and department stores and at any pharmacy (you’ll always find one open). We’ll leave some soap and hand sanitizer in the apartment for you too.

Travelling by car?

If you’re planning on driving to Barcelona, rest assured we’ll help you park your car safely. We typically recommend booking your parking spot in advance online and we offer a discount via Parclick.

As from 1 November 2012, the local authorities charge a tourist tax to all visitors to Catalonia over 16 years of age. Please note: when checking-in to your apartment, any visitors aged 16 and under must present a copy of their passport showing their date of birth, in order for them not to be charged the aforementioned tourist tax.

The tax rate is 3.3 euro per person, per day. A maximum of 7 days is charged. The tourist tax must be paid to the member of staff checking you in, upon arrival at the apartment.

It’s a prime location that’s quiet and within easy reach of everything.

On the first floor there’s a fully equipped kitchen that opens out to the lounge. The lounge is designed to make you feel right at home: large, comfortable and filled

with light. Best of all, it leads out to a furnished terrace.

Moving up a floor, there’s a bathroom and the three bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and a small walk-in closet. The two other bedrooms each have two

single beds. All three

bedrooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated.

The top floor is home to a fourth bedroom, with a double bed, and another terrace, adding even more luxury to the house.

Best of all, it’s situated in a residential development for families, complete with green areas, where your little ones will feel very much at home. And there are

parking spaces too if you need them.

After a day at one of the city’s great beaches, why not head to the seaside district of La Barceloneta for some delicious rice dishes? Not far away lies the Parque de

la Ciudadela, a natural oasis in the heart of the city and home to Barcelona Zoo. You can also pay a visit to the Puerto Olímpico, where you’ll find the Mapfre

Towers and the Hotel Arts, with its fabulous golden fish sculpture designed by the architect Frank O. Gehry. These spectacular landmarks are integral parts of the

city's skyline. Or why not take a stroll down the Rambla de Poble Nou and soak up the Barcelona atmosphere?

Houses Rules

1- The interior of the house is a non-smoking area. Please use the garden or terrace and if you wish to smoke and put cigarette butts in an ashtray.

2- It is important to keeps noise levels to a minimum in the common areas of the building as well as in the apartment. It is not permitted organize parties in the property. In Barcelona you will find plenty of bars, pubs, discos and restaurants where you can have a great time without disturbing anyone and compromising your stay. Please note the times when silence is required in Spanish towns: Monday – Friday: 21.30 to 9.00 Saturday – Sunday: 22.00 to 10.00.

3- Please place your garbage in the nearest container before checking out. Otherwise, a partial or even total deduction from the damage deposit will take place, depending on the owner’s decision.

4- The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment on the day of departure. Cleaning during your stay will have an extra cost (consult your contact person). The cleaning fee does not include the washing of used dishes, so the client must wash all the tableware used during the stay (cutlery, glasses, etc.). Otherwise, a partial or even total deduction from the damage deposit will take place, depending on the owner’s decision.

5- Missing objects or damaged items: the payment of a deposit does not constitute a waiver of the owner's right to claim for further compensation.

6- Loss of keys: the guest must pay for the lock to be changed and for copies of the keys to be made.

7- Whenever you leave the apartment, please: (a) turn off the lights, heat and air-conditioning system, and (b) lock the doors securely behind you.

It is important to contact us if something happened in the apartment during your stay; something is broken by mistake, missing object, something very dirty,

8- There is noise control in the apartment.

9-It is not aloud to bring guests to the apartment .

The best way for us to resolve any incidence in the apartment is while you are there so we have time to do something and agree with you whatever it is.
