Fair 4.0
Check in was good and fast, friendly staff. Bathroom shower tiles were dirty and out dated, not what was in the pictures. Didn’t find there was a huge variety for breakfast. And sadly there was construction going on outside the window while we were there. Was not worth the money we spent.

Good 6.0
Bathroom towel rack was not clean, faucet handlers should have been wipe clean. Water pressure was low. Stay was during street construction so it was noisy. The breakfast was good with fresh fruit. Nice modern decor.

Disappointing for the price
Cheap setting for the price, cold deco, service so-so, dollar store wine glass and when we asked for champagne glasses, still dollar store glasses and dirty on the top of it. Ugly view in that room. For the same price, cross the street and go to One King Hotel...

Poor 2.0
Overbooked... Money stolen.
They overbooked and we weren't able to stay at the hotel. They (mgr. Hung) tried to rebook us to a nearby hotel, in a much smaller room, I only survived 3 hours in the new hotel, before I had to leave. They have yet to provide us with a refund of any kind. STAY AWAY!!

Restaurant closed for renos
Good size room but the Wildfire restaurant was closed for renovations which was not declared so plans to eat there were out and had to be changed on the spot which created logistic issues. I'd still have stayed there knowing about the renovations but would have made business dinner plans someplace else in advance. Fire alarm at 3:30AM wasn't pleasant either, was told something due to renovations as well... Just would have been nice to know about the renovations to make other plans for dinner with clients.
