Overall, it was a good stay. The room was not available for us for the 1st night, so they put us in a hotel across the street that also belong to them. For the inconvenience, we had dinner on them that 1st night, which was pretty good. The room temperature is centrally managed by the hotel staff, so we had to go to the front desk several times until we got the proper temperature in the room. We also had to ask them to take care of a clogged bathtub, and a mini-fridge not cooling properly. They took care of everything in a timely manner. The WiFi could be better, but that appears to be a prevalent issue in diff places in Italy.

The staff was nice and helpful for the most part. It was apparent to me that there hotel nice a lot of fine tuning. You could see many areas around the hotel that need to be cleaned up. Not in the hallways or rooms but outside around the property it was very evident. Other have mentioned that the location is not in the best area. Though this is correct we never had any issues walking around the area or getting to the city center on our moped.

Decent hotel with safe parking but bad service
Even if the rooms were not bad at all and they also have really big and safe parking for Napoli, the staff was so rude that I really can t give them more than 1 star. I and my colleague booked 2 rooms on and because we were VIP clients we supposed to get 10euros vouchers for each one of us which could be spent on food or drinks. At the check, out of course the lady looked at us surprised when we asked for the vouchers but she said that when we order something we should say about the vouchers. Anyhow when we wanted to eat and drink something one waiter came to us but of course they didn't have any menu and he just gave us a few possibilities to chose between 2 kind of pasta and 2 fish dishes. After we finished we went straight to reception to pay where we had a really big surprise:18 euros for a portion of pasta which was 85 % pasta and 15 some squids, so I think it's easy to understand that they added those vouchers in the price of the food. Unfortunately, not all the staff was that rude but it's really bad that they can t say a thank you. Another bad thing was about breakfast when in one morning we could have some fried eggs but on the second morning, they told us they don't have eggs anymore. And also when we asked for some fruits they brought us some really warm fruits which surprisingly took them out of a refrigerated display case.
