A nice hotel but uncomfortable beds
We read the reviews and were excited to stay at this hotel. We were staying as a family. In the bedroom — two single (very overly firm) beds which surprisingly lacked comfort. In the living room area, the sofa bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on (very soft and springy). The first night we had to complain and ask for an improvement on the situation. They gave us another double (soft and springy) mattress to put on top of the other one. Throughout our stay the bed comfort was extremely poor for a 5 star hotel. This would be the main reason for us not returning to the hotel. The pool and pool bar are lovely. The breakfast area was fair-good. We usually stay in 5 star luxury so this was a disappointment to us in some ways. The positives of this hotel would have to include the cleanliness of all of the complex, the location of the rooms in regard to reception and the pool... extremely close to everything— no long treks back to bedroom if an item was forgotten. This hotel felt extremely safe for children. The staff were also fabulous. Very friendly and polite.

Superb Hotel, Friendly Staff, Great Location
We loved staying at this hotel for a quick summer break. The hotel and its facilities including the staff were all excellent. The food was of good quality. There wasn’t any daytime entertainment and the kids club was limited but we didn’t mind as we spent lazy days around the pool.

We had a excellent stay with the family! Hotel, room, staff and service were very good! I would highly recoomend this hotel especially for families with kids, as they have everything to make your vacation great at this hotel.

Great value hotel
It's not often, you have a nearly perfect hotel experience, though this hotel comes pretty close for a family holiday. All the staff were professional and friendly with special mention for Toni the restaurant manager, Pepe (the friendly one) All with smiles on their faces, where you have access to a large selection of food, especially the grill! Lastly Simon who is always looking after the residents down at the pool bar where you can have a post dinner drinking along with the evening daily entertainment of singers and dancers During holiday time this is a great area to visit, especially if you have family of primary school age where you can relax whilst you are chilling by the pool. PS There are always sun loungers free Excellent family friendly hotel and when we return to Majorca we will be back for more Protur Turó Pins and the beautiful Cala Ratjada 9/10 Excelente servicio

Beautiful hotel nestled in a quieter area if Mallorca. Caters well for families, couples and groups. Staff are wonderful and incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Lovely hotel and area
Great hotel. Took about 1 hour 50 transfer. All staff v friendly and facilities were great. All pools in great condition Food excellent and so much choice (daughters loved ice cream every night!) Kids entertainment was good, lady there did it all and ran different things throughout week. We only went to sing and dance at 5pm and 8pm which was great fun. Need to get face paint which does not run in the heat tho! Three great beaches near by and loads of local places to eat.

Family friendly
Hotel is nice but at the lower end of the 5-star spectrum. Good value for money nonetheless. Lots of families with kids. 5 minutes walk to the restaurants and a 5 minute/euro cab to the local beaches which are all nice. Lovely stay overall

Perfect to unwind and relax
We wanted a carefree, relaxing holiday to recharge after a hard few months at work and this was perfect. Clean, spacious rooms, pool was never crowded, everyone was friendly, the staff were accommodating and the food was absolutely fantastic. We have come home feeling ready to take the world on again, and contemplating returning next year. Special shout out to staff - Marcin, Pepe and Biel who were really helpful and friendly.

遠い…
空港からシャトルバスで3時間かかりました。いろんなホテルを経由するので時間がかかります。レンタカーをお勧めします。 でも、街から遠い分、ビーチは素晴らしかったです。ホテルから徒歩15分くらいです。 透明度が凄いです。カラフルな魚はいませんが、グレー系の魚がいっぱいいました。 ホテルは綺麗ですが、いろんな物にデポジットを支払わないといけません。(タオル等) セキュリティボックスは別料金で1日2ユーロかかりました。 あと、３人で宿泊したのですが、エキストラベッドの組み立てははセルフサービスです。食事は大変美味しかったです。初日の到着が夜9時30分になってしまったので、夕食には間に合いませんでした。 その代わり、コールドフードなら食べれますとのことで、サラダやローストビーフを食べることが出来ました。 少し歩けばレストランやお土産屋さん、スーパー等いろんなお店があります。

Chambre (suite) très confortable assez grande pour une famille de 4 personnes. Salle de bain moderne avec baignoire à bulles + douche. Au restaurant, nourriture de bonne qualité, variée selon des thèmes différents chaque soir. En soirée, diverses animations: groupe de musique, cirque, magicien, etc. Spa et piscine interieure.
