Minha estadia no hotel Regency foi tranquila e agradável! O hotel se encontra em reformas e como cheguei no hotel pela parte da manhã antes do check-in decidi guardar a minha mala com o bagageiro para dar uma volta até o horário do check in, o hotel cobra o valor de RS 20,00 como taxa para guardar a mala. Quando voltei para fazer o check in fui acomodada em um quarto duplo no 3 terceiro andar e justamente acima do andar aonde está acontecendo uma reforma, e pedi para trocar de andar porque eu estava muito cansada depois de 15 horas de um voo internacional, mencionei esse pedido na recepção quando fiz o check in e mesmo assim me colocaram nesse andar, liguei para recepção e gentilmente pedi para trocar de andar e fui acomodada no 6 sexto andar em um quarto single o que foi o melhor porque estou viajando sozinha. O quarto possui frigobar, TV a cabo, Wi-Fi e o sistema de ar condicionado funcionou muito bem. O banheiro não possui uma porta de vidro dupla no box e isso faz com que muita água se espalhe no chão do banheiro ao se tomar banho. Fui acomodada em um andar silêncio portanto como há uma brecha na porta do quarto é possível escutar barulho de outros hóspedes e pela manhã se escuta a governança trabalhando nos quartos vizinhos (porém neste dia eu resolvi dormir até um pouco mais tarde). A equipe do hotel foi bem receptiva e em especial a equipe do café da manhã, sempre muito simpáticos e agradáveis. Nota 100 para os funcionários do Regency!!!!! I stayed at the Regency hot

Bom custo beneficio, mas precisam melhorar o WiFi,
O hotel é super bem localizado, o quarto confortável, e um bom café da manhã. entretanto o Wifi oscilava o tempo todo e eu nao consegui acessar a internet de meu quarto. A TV era smart mas tb não consegui acessar netflix. Tinha os canais convencionais, mas não tinha a Globo, e eu só assisto a Globo. Como estava chegando de viagem e ia sair no dia seguinte, queria ficar no quarto de boa, mas sem Wifi e nem meu 4 G pegando direito no quarto, não deu!
