Modern, comfortable, convenient hotel.
Super modern hotel, easy walk from the bus station or the airport, therefore easy to walk across to Gibraltar. Good breakfast and the room had a lovely view of the Rock and the marina from the balcony. The room was very comfortable but the only problem was the traffic noise from the busy road from quite early in the morning. I thought the windows would be soundproofed.

Avoid
Shabby. Not a lot of choice in the area but surely there will be better alternatives. Reception staff varied from pleasant to rude. Cleaners visits were haphazard. Cheap tired balcony furniture, broken fridge, shower curtain on its last legs, water everywhere. Breakfast varied but queues for everything, juice and coffee machines failing. Staff walk directly at you, have to dodge them. Pool area in shade most of the day, sun chasing required. Ugly car park/ conference centre blocks the sun and views. Half the accommodation is sectioned off and boarded up, possibly planned as residential but not completed. Close to border/airport and plenty of restaurants in town, 5 minutes walk. Wouldn’t stay again and can’t recommend it.

Food disappointing
The hotel is ok, but the food was a disappointment, cold potatoes and salty, vegetables cold, the pork was warm. Cold beans and salty cild mushroom. Next night the pork chops were boans with no meat. The evening meals did not come any where near excepted stands. Thiswas a shame. There was child singing which was all that was on, the last time they had mowtown music which was very pleasant.
